Dr Bate is clearly interested in my daughter as an individual not just a hospital number. His explanations are clear and understandable. Our appointments are always more or less on time. His email service is second to none. To know I can contact him if I have any worries about what he is treating my daughter for is hugely comforting. the alternative is to wait until our next appointment which is not at all satisfactory. He must have given himself extra work to set this up, but I think this proves his dedication and commitment. I think other doctors should follow his example.

Great doctor. Unlike some in the field, he was keen to listen to the full case history before offering any advice or diagnosis. Confident manner which elicites trust.

I could not rate Dr Bate higher, his communications via email are fantastic, we have been given all my sons results and a plan of action without having to wait for his next appointment. I have even had a couple of emails just to see how he is getting on, fantastic Dr really cares for his patients.

Dr.Tristan Bate took time to talk with me and my son and examined him very carefully which was very important for me as a mother also Dr. Bate arranged investigation and suggested a food diary which is great idea.
